We were able to make a trip to the NEW zoo on Wednesday with Grandma
Jack was super excited to see the giraffes, but was a tad shy of them once he got up close to them
He was excited to see the lions like Alex the Lion in one of his favorite movies
He got to touch the horns on the goat, but that was about as brave as he got around them
He thought the best part of the day was probably the playground equipment
This was how Maddie spent her first trip to the zoo - sheltered (mostly) from the sun and snoozing away.
