Door County/Memorial Day Weekend

No trip to Door County would be comlete without a trip to PC Junction. We took Hannah and Alyssa there for the fun this time since they haven't been there before. Maddie "drove" Hannah in the train outside.

Jack is driving the old truck. Probably not the safest of playground equipment.

Here we are at lunch - Maddie liked to dance to the music for some reason this time.

Afterward we headed back out to play. We did the pedal go-karts again.

Jack was able to get out and practice golfing. Here he is on the putting green but he also got to go out and practice on the golf course for the first time.

On Sunday afternoon we took a ride up to Gills Rock and watched the ferry leave. It was a lot colder when we were there than when we left so we had the shivers while getting this picture taken.

On our way back down we stopped at the same beach we did last year to play on the playground and go "skip" rocks. Maddie even took a little dip in up to her skirt.

Jack got some cuddle time in with Stephen before he left on Sunday night.

Sunday night headed out after it rained to get some ice cream and take a walk out on the docks to look at all the huge boats. We were all pretty pooped out by then but we posed for a family picture before the weekend ended.

Timber Rattler's Game

Jack participated in a reading program at school where he earned a free ticket to the Timber Rattler's game on Tuesday. He had fun with his friends and didn't watch much baseball. They enjoyed dancing to the songs in between plays which was pretty entertaining to watch.

Mother's Day

Our mother's day picture from this year. Like my necklace...Jack made it! He also made me some books and other creations and also planted some flower seeds for me. Maddie made me a little thing at daycare as well....I say thing because I guess I'm not sure what to call it....I think it was supposed to look like a flower. I got my "big" gift early because apparently my cameras like to crap out on me every couple years at Mother's Day. Guess I know what I get every two to three years!

Tundra Lodge

On Saturday afternoon we went and met Jason, Nikki and Addy at Tundra Lodge for some water park fun.

Jack was in Heaven! He loved everything about the park and even did the big waterslides - he even got upset because he wanted to do them by himself, but wasn't tall enough.

Maddie and Addy had fun going down the little slide together.

After some dinner we headed to the arcade where even Addy and Maddie could get in on the action.

We won all sorts of treasures! We had so much fun!!!! Thank you to the Callewaert's for inviting us to come play with you! It's hard to believe that the next time we see you you'll be a family of four!
