11 Months Old!

This little daredevil only has one more month before she turns 1! Hard to believe! She obviously has made lots of changes in the past couple of months. She's now 27 pounds and 29 1/2 inches. She's walking pretty good - though sometimes her rump weighs her down a little and she falls pretty hard - doesn't seem to bother her though. Her favorite things to do are raid the tupperware drawer, take all her laundry out of her basket, and play with whatever Jack is playing with. She still enjoys eating paper anytime she can also. She especially loves her babydolls right now and whenever she picks them up she puts them to her ear (to "hug" them). She really is almost all smiles all the time - that or she's giving you a really dirty look - usually to people she is just meeting or hasn't seen for a while. She can say dada, uh-oh, bye, and can make some strange noise that is supposed to be a dog barking. We recently learned (by accident) that she can climb stairs also....really really fast! She is a really happy girl and is a whole bunch of fun!

Love Sunday

Today we celebrated Love Sunday at Church. Jack, with some bargaining, sang in church. We're not sure he knew the words, but he is sure good at lip syncing!

Early Valentines

Jack and Maddie got to celebrate Valentine's day a little early at daycare today. Here's Jack with his goodies - Jack thought the marshmallow frogs looked "so delicious".
Maddie was pretty excited about her new Puffs, pudding and fruit cup!

Sleepover

Hannah and ALyssa got to spend the night last weekend with us. Here is Jack's half igloo he and HEath built a couple weeks ago.
Jack and Hannah had a lot of fun playing together. They both did so good sleeping on the couches in the living room - it was the first sleepover that really worked good that way!

PONY!!!

It finally happened.....

We can get her hair in a Pony!!

Our 1 hour vacation

Since it feels a little like everyone else (all the grandparents anyway) are in much warmer places right now, we decided to go take a little dip of our own in the warmth. We went swimming last weekend for a little while and got to forget all about the cold icky coldness outside. It was much fun.

One Down

27 to go (semesters that is). Jack had an end of semester celebration with his class last week. It was amazing what they have all learned in the last 5 months! Very Impressed!

Clean House...

I think not....we have totally hit the open drawer and destroy stage...I can't remember how long this lasted with Jack, but I think it was a long time.
But it makes her happy, and though I may stab my leg into that stove drawer 12 times a night while I make dinner, I'll forgive her...for now.
